All orders are carefully prepared by our artisans in Fes. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. Each product is inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards.
2. Domestic & International Shipping
We ship worldwide! Delivery times depend on your location:

International: 7–21 business days (depending on the country)

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your handmade Moroccan leather products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Handmade variations in color, texture, or stitching are natural and not considered defects.
